Launch Pad is a pathway developed by the Strategic Plan Implementation Team to showcase the talents and creativity of Santa Monica Public Library staff. By inviting staff from all library units to submit proposals and take the lead on approved projects, staff may explore their ideas for improving library services and the goals in the Library’s strategic plan.
